THM Domain Sequences RefSeq, TMHMM2.0

FASTA file of human tmh domain sequences. The file contains the GI id of the full sequence, and all residues starting from the first predicted transmembrane helix residue, ending with the last predicted transmembrane helix residue. Sequences originate from RefSeq May/2011. Transmembrane helix prediction using TMHMM2.0.
